SQUALL – a folkumentary
Recorded live in front of a small studio audience at The CeilidhPlace Ullapool. Squall aimed to bring Scottish folk back to it’s roots, not in sound, arrangement or composition but in approach.
“To play music for people, live and in the moment.”

My Album ‘Squall’ is available to buy now.
It is with great happiness and relief I can announce that my Album exists in reality and is available to buy now. The CD Album features silver block foiling on the cover, a fold out panorama layout on luscious satin matte paper, painstakingly hand written text and of course the mug shots of the live studio audience that were present at the recording. The CD (in this luxury finish) is a limited run of 1000.
Myself, the Band, Marc the Producer and Designer / Photographer Somhairle have done our very best to make my debut solo record as special and unique as it can be & I hope you enjoy the music as much as we did recording it.

The Road to Errogie
Probably the tune I’m best known for, recorded in my living room in Glasgow.
